I've set up this blog to keep track of weekly meal planning and the recipes I've used. Most of what you see will be gluten-free. I hope it may be a blessing to others busy moms!
Main Course grilled/baked chicken Strips bagel w/ cream cheese and veggies turkey jerkey from Trader Joes pita and hummus sandwhiches prepared weekly in two containers (one with bread slices and one with meat, cheese, condiment inbetween those, lettuce, etc.) cheese and crackers hard boiled egg peanut butter and jelly sandwhich
Veggies carrots broccoli green peppers
Fruit bananas grapes applesauce various berries dried fruits
